This morning we discussed the need to take up item no. 10 under the consultation with attorney to the open meetings act. 10 is to approve termination of a contract, rx management consultants incorporated for pharmacy management services, again, consultation with attorney. Just in case, let's call up number 11 too. Y'all are here on that item, right? Okay. 11 is to approve interlocal agreement with the university of Texas medical branch at galveston for pharmacy services. 11 is sort of in29ed with 10. It will be on the consultation with attorney exception if we need it. Posted for executive session are 25, receive briefing from the county attorney in Travis County et al versus clyde doyal, trustee, mark v. Sacco resale deed. And take appropriate action. Consultation with attorney. Number 26, receive briefing from the county attorney in Travis County et al versus edwin m. King and robert d. Dentino, mark v. Sacco resale deed. And take appropriate action. A and b are under the consultation with attorney under the open meetings act. 34, receive briefing from county attorney regarding entertainment by j and j incorporated versus celia perez, veronica perez govea and luke mercer, constable precinct 1, et call. Consultation with attorney exception to the open meetings act. 35, receive briefing from county attorney and take appropriate action in jennif mcphail et al versus dana debeauvoir. Consultation with attorney. Number 36, receive briefing and take appropriate action regarding recruitment of chief medical examiner and deputy medical examiners and related matters. That's the personnel matters exception to the open meetings act.

That's the consultation with attorney and personnel matters exceptions to the open meetings act. 39, consider and take appropriate action on extending paid administrative leave for slot number 22 in the fire marshal's office. Consultation with attorney and personnel matters exception to the open meetings act. 40 is to receive briefing from county attorney and give direction and discuss mediation and assignment of a mediator regarding subrogation claim of Travis County in Travis County versus f and m blank limited partnership and take appropriate action. Consultation with attorney. 41, receive briefing from county attorney and take appropriate action concerning the extension of administrative leave for Travis County health and human services department, slot number 142. Consultation with attorney and personnel matters exceptions to the open meetings act. And, and I thought I would never get to this one, number 42, the final executive session item, is to receive briefing from county attorney regarding issues potentially affecting Travis County in -- issues potentially affecting Travis County in guardians of lick creek et al versus cypress development ltd, et al. That's posted under the consultation with attorney exception to the open meetings act.

Consultation with attorney and real estate exceptions to the open meetings act. We will discuss these matters in executive session, but will return to open court before taking any action.

Number 25, the first of a long list of items that involved tax resale deeds and number 25 move that we approve the proposed tax resale deed to mark v.sacco, who has paid Travis County the sum of -- of 7,850 in cash.

Number 29, I move that we authorize the county judge to sign the tax resale deed to lee and esther montoya who have paid Travis County $7,100.

>> discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. With the Commissioner Daugherty having to rejoin us. Insurance 30 move that we authorize the county judge to execute the proposed tax resale deed to allwayz investments llc, who has paid Travis County two sums, 4,781.16. And $4,806.31.

>> this is for lot 39 and lot 38 respectively. Discussion? All in favor that passes by unanimous vote. Item no. 31 I move that we authorize the county judge to sign the deed to casas rojas, llc, which paid Travis County the sum of 12,174.05.

>> discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. Number 32, move that we authorize the county judge to sign the proposed tax deed to all state investments, llc, which has paid Travis County $59,000 in cash.

Number 33 move that we authorize the county judge to sign the proposed tax resale deed to hometown builders, incorporated, this covers two tracts of lands, the first one they paid us 8,276.28. That is for number 62216 and the company also paid us 7,128.03 for tract number 2, 6188. 6.

Number 34 involving j and j incorporated versus govalle perez and mercer, precinct 1, we did get briefing, no action necessary. 35 we did get a briefing, we gave directions for the county attorney to chat a little bit with the lawyers for ms. Mcphail about attorney's fees, we will have this back on the court's agenda next week for appropriate follow-up action. 36, we did discuss and gave the staff directions, we will have that back on next week in the event that we need it, that was the chief medical examiner and deputy medical examiner search. 37 we did not discuss except very, very briefly. Only the future knows what the court -- what the court holds for that item. What the future holds for that item. Number 38 involving the meyer marshal's office, we need different wording for this item, we will have it back on the agenda next week. Any action today? The -- we did discuss the county judge giving the fire marshal a kind of heads up and an opportunity to -- to appear if he deems appropriate. And we'll get that done. Okay? Number 39, move that we approve additional administrative leave with pay for the employee in slot number 22 in the santa maria shall's office for one additional week.

>> discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. Number 40 the mediation case in the Travis County versus f and m, blank, limited partnership matter, move that we authorize after requesting dan mansewer, politing requesting that he represent this court in the matter of the mediation.

That department will figure out the way to work through that matter between now and then. 42 the matter involving lick creek, and cypress development we did get -- we did get a briefing from legal counsel.

>> as an agenda item. No action required today, is that right? And we did have a 1, I was provided that language a minute ago. This is a matter involving the condemnation proceeding on the grand avenue parkway project. Commissioner Sonleitner?
>> judge, I move that we authorize acceptance of the settlement offer from the shaffers in the total amount of $75,000, made up of the 35,000 already in the deposited account related to this condemnation case and adds another $35,000 to it. We get the -- the appropriate county staff to work up the appropriate legal documents for signature to end this matter.
