The consent items are next. Posted for consent are c 1 through c 3, we have within asked to consider adding the following items to the consent motion if you would like for us to discuss any of these separately please say so as we call out the number of the item. Number 4, 5, 7, all of 7, all of 8, number 9, -- now, ms. Clayton on number 10, you are here against the recommendation? Okay. Number 12, 13, 16, 18, 20,, 22 --
>> don't we have to wait until -- all right, we will hold off on 22 then. So 20 is the last one. 25 or 23?
>> 23 is fine. 23 for consent, also. Would anyone like for us to pull any of these for separate discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
