Number one is a public hearing to receive comments regarding a request to authorize the filing of an instrument to vacate two 5 foot public utility easements located along the common lot line of lots 1076 and 1077 and two 5 foot public utility easements located along the common lot line of lots 1078 and 1079 of apache shores section 2, a subdivision in precinct 3.

>> good morning, joe gieselman with the transportation natural resources department. The owner of these properties have asked to vacate these two for public utility easements. We have contacted the utility companies and no one has expressed interest, none of the companies have expressed interest in maintaining those easements. We would therefore recommend their vacation. The owner would like to place septic systems on the lots. I know of no objection during this action.

>> all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. This will be part of the consent motion as item no. 12.
