Item 30 is to consider and take appropriate action on request to approve an oord approving the issuance of bonds by the orchard higher education finance corporation to finance and refinance the cost of educational facilities for nyos charter school, incorporated and a public hearing and other matters relating thereto. And are we supposed to set a public hearing by the Commissioners court?
>> no, sir. The public hearing has been held it was held on June the first at the office of vinson and elkins.
>> this is to approve the public hearing?
>> yes, sir.
>> that was already held, and basically we're asked to take the same action that the corporation just took.
>> right. And approve that the Commissioners court is approving the issuance of these bonds.
>> do the two representatives have anything to say?
>> just that there was nobody in attendance at the hearing and so there was nobody to speak against issuing the bonds.
>> move approval.
>> second. Discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
