1. Receive comments regarding a request to authorize the filing of an instrument to vacate two 5 foot public utility easements located along the common lot line of lots 20 and 21, block d of apache shores section 5 - a subdivision in Travis County in precinct 3.

>> all in favor? That passes unanimously.
>> the owners of these lots have asked the vacation of the public utility easement so that they can build a house on the common lot line and -- and we have notified all of the utility companies, none have expressed interest in maintaining the easement. We would therefore recommend its vacation.
>> would anyone like to give testimony during this public hearing?
>> move to close the public hearing.
>> all in favor? Carries unanimously, also. This will be action item no. 8 on today's agenda and part of the consent motion recommended.
