A, Travis County et al service is virginia, mlowe, b, Travis County et al versus charge e and jean a conner, and c is Travis County et al versus douglas robert rucker. 24, receive briefing from the county attorney in Travis County, et al, versus jerry amacha, peggy lanird resale deed and take appropriatation, consultation with attorney. 25, receive briefing from the county attorney in Travis County et al versus harvey hawkins, darush for o otanrad redead and take appropriatation. 2, receive briefing from the county attorney in Travis County et al versus john hammond, her better j mcmaho mcmahon, restale deed, and take appropriate action, in consultation with attorney. 2 is to receive briefing from the county attorney in Travis County, et al, versus bel, next, doza, I buy land, llc, restale deed, and take appropriatation, consultation with attorney. 2, consider and take appropriate action on offers from mjulian investments of nevada, llc, for tax restale deeds in the following tax foreclosure sale properties, a, Travis County et al versus lamara wasserman, and b, Travis County et al versus high land mall boulevard, ltd, and under consultation with attorney. 29, consider and take appropriate action on the following, a, amend lease agreement concerning property located in south Austin, 2501 south congress avenue, to permit the county to exercise a purchase option prior to June 1, 2006 2006. And I wond for that's intended to be July 1. It's June 1, 2006? Okay. We got to move quickly to meet that date. B, amend the purchase agreement concerning property located in south Austin, 2501 south congress avenue, to permit the closing date to be earlier than August 1, 2006. And 29 c is to exercise the purchase option concerning property located in south Austin, 2501 south congress avenue. All of these are under the real estate exception. This also says consultation with attorney because I know we'll have some legal questions. 30 is to receive briefing and take appropriate action regarding mirta-mir versus Travis County sheriff's civil service commission. Consultation with attorney and personnel matters exceptions to the open meetings act. 31, receive legal briefing and take appropriate action regarding james col by west, consultation with and personnel matters exceptions to the open meetings act. 32, consider and take appropriate action on purchase of real estate in central Austin. That's the real property exception, also add consultation with attorney on 32. Just in case we need it. 33, consider and take appropriate action on status report on administrative review of issues related to management of fire marshal's office. Consultation with attorney and personnel matters exceptions to the open meetings act. And a 1 is to receive legal briefing and take appropriate action regarding tnr employee, former employee, kina simmons, consultation with attorney and personnel matters exceptions to the open meeting act. We discussed these meaters in executive session but we will return to open court before taking any action.
we have returned from executive session where where he discussed the following items, number 21, I move that we authorize the county judge to execute the -- the proposed tax resales deed all state investments llc which has made Travis County the sum of $4,705 and 55 cents.

Number 23, I move that we authorize the county judge to sign the proposed tax resale deed to hill country trust for -- for three tracts of land, building number 55549, for which they paid 6,706.80. And number 2 that would be there from charles and jeane connor the amount of $5,900 and from douglas robert rucker the amount of 7,628.82 in cash. And these three tracts of land will be deeded to hill country trust for the 3 sums of money stated.

>> discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. Number 24, move that we authorize the county judge to sign the proposed tax resale deed to peggy lair did who has -- who paid Travis County 3,799.35 for tract number 1. For tract number 2, 4,347.34 in cash.

Number 25, move that we authorize the county judge to sign the proposed tax resale deed for dr rda rush -- darush fortanrad who has paid Travis County the sum of $30,000 in cash. Discussion? That passes by unanimous vote. 26 is the next one, authorize the county judge to sign the prepared tax resale deed to herbert mcmahon who has paid Travis County the sum of $7,000 in cash.

>> by the way the last name is spelled mcmahon. Discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. Number 27 move that we authorize the county judge to sign the prepared tax resale deed to I buy land, llc, which paid Travis County 2,527.27 in cash.

>> all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. 28 move that we authorize the county judge to sign the prepared tax resale deed to m julian investments of nevada llc which paid Travis County the sum of 5,096.90.

Number 29, a three-part item. Move that we authorize the following actions, one is to amend the lease agreement concerning property at 2501 south congress to permit the county to exercise a purchase option prior to June 1, 2006; b. Amend the purchase agreement concerning this property to permit the closing date to be earlier than August 1, 2006; and c. Exercise the purchase option concerning property located in south Austin, 2501 south congress avenue.

>> discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. Number 30 move that we authorize an additional seven days leave with pay for mirta mir. Who works in the Travis County sheriff's office. In exchange for, withdrawal of the appeal and any other -- any other steps necessary to finally settle this matter and get us released.

We did discuss number 31, we will have it back on the court's agenda next week for any follow-up action to -- to conversations between the county attorney's office and from west's attorney between now and then. 22 [sic] involving real estate in central Austin, move that we authorize the county staff to proceed with negotiations with the other side, with an eye toward purchasing this property as soon as possible.
