Now let's call to order the Travis County housing finance corporation. Number 1 is to consider and take appropriate action on request to approve an invoice from consumer credit counseling service.
>> good afternoon, I’m the manager from the corporation corporation. This is the monthly invoice from consumer credit counseling. This invoice is for $75. They gave their home buyer education class to one of our potential home buyers. This is similar to buyer months where the home buyer pays $25 of the fee.
>> move that the invoice be paid.

>> discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote with director Davis absent. Number two, I think it's a good idea to hold and let Commissioner Davis join us since the only time the waiver has been used is precinct one, I think.

>> we have postpone a few times already. Number 3 is to consider a take appropriate action on request to approve minutes of board of directors meetings of April 4 and April 11, 2006.
