Consent Items

View captioned video.

Posted for consent are c 1 through c 5, we have been asked to consider adding the following items to the consent motion. Number 2 -- now, number 2 is good if 16 is approved and if 16 is the recommendation is that we take the fema reimbursement money, $74,508 and the infrastructure money that we don't plan to use this year, 37,492 and make up the difference. So two and 16 are really sort of intwined.

>> I a -- I have a question that I didn't understand on the backup.

>> 2 will not be part of the consent motion. 3, 4, 5, number 6 there is some -- some future transportation issues in this item, right, joe?

>> future bond election, yes?

>> series transportation issues with the number of cars being put on the streets there. So -- so we all need to put an asterisk by that, I guess, because those improvements need to be made before buildout. Buildout could take several years, though, based on the number of homes.

>> we have been monitoring in terms of [inaudible - no mic] it was not, this bond election, I’m sure it will next time.

>> t.n.r. Has thought about those, I’m sure. It's a mini sweetwater in terms of number of homes.

>> [inaudible - no mic] okay, 7, 9 a and b, number 10, 11, 12, 15, do we want to hold off on 16? Any issues on 16 that is to use the fema money?

>> [indiscernible]

>> 16, we needed 16 sort of before 2, anyway. And --

>> 17?

>> 17, I had it checked, I don't know why I didn't read it out.

>> any questions on 19.

>> I have 19.

>> 19 will not be part of the consent motion: 17 that --

>> lay it out where are we.

>> so 17 is the last one on -- on a I -- let me see, on a, no, not it, something else. 17 is the last one. Would anyone like for us to pull these for separate discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
