The first item 8.a would be approval of the public hearings that we will have for folks to comment on that consolidated plan. Once it's completed and posted.

>> are the two days?
>> both of these hearings will be here at Commissioners court. It also sets the public comment period from June 28th to July 27th. So we are required to post both consolidated plan and the year one action plan for 30 days. We also are going to have all of the locations where that can be found, so ...

>> does this -- does this go -- is this what gets posted at different locations.
>> we will have a version that goes in the newspaper, also translated into spanish, also print a larger flier that's in larger font for people to be able to --
>> will be this?
>> yes.
>> yes. That will be attached to our upcoming agendas as appropriate so that that information is also included with the agenda.
>> all of the locations are different dates.
>> no. Actually, the locations that are listed there are places where you can actually receive a hard copy. This time we will only have public hearings at Commissioners court.
>> at Commissioners court.
>> yes.
>> there are no dates for the individual precincts.
>> okay.
>> what does the -- what does the court sign today to make this happen? Is there some sort of order that the court approves?
>> we were not aware of an order. I think last time we just -- you all approved the dates by a vote of the Commissioners court. Mayor -- I don't know in marietta, is there a need for an order?
>> [indiscernible] would be sufficient.
>> yes.
>> questions, comments? Anything else?
>> not on this item, judge.
>> is there a motion?
>> so move.
>> all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. Thank you all very much.
>> under item b other issues we have submitted also for your approval a one-page document that summarizes the strategic directions for our year one action plan as was discussed with the court on Thursday during the work session.

>> okay. That was part of the work session back up.
>> that is correct. This is just the one-page summary and we are asking for -- for the judge's signature, if it is approved by the court.
>> okay. I’m not sure that I have that one major summary. One page summary. That's not what david handed out this morning, right?
>> I just pulled my stuff for the work session, judge.
>> okay. Thank you. This is what we got in the backup for the work session. Okay. Any discussion? All in favor? That carries unanimously.
