2. Consider and take appropriate action on order for sole source exemption and request to purchase two external rescue hoists from the goodrich corporation.
>> judge, my question is I understand, I’m -- I’m certainly supportive of this, but explain to me what we do with the invoices that were submitted to us by all of the departments for -- for moneys that were spent for rita? I mean, will that be -- picked up?
>> these are '05 expenditures, all of those books have been closed out. In other words like the sheriff's department, health department, those that had expenses associated with it, those were already covered within the '05 budget.
>> so every one of the departments that submitted money for rita is a wash, taken care of?
>> yes.
>> and did we just pay for those out of unallocated reserves? I don't recall that. How were those taken care of?
>> I’m not -- I don't know the answer to that question. They may have been able to cover it in their own existing budgets before the end of the new year, because this was in September. We were coming up on the end of the fiscal year. I know the sheriff didn't use any overtime because that was one of the things if he had used overtime it would have made for a very easy claim, so they would up doing things internally. I think miss fleming was doing much of the same thing, kind of borrowing--
>> well, I’m certainly okay with it, I mean if we don;t have constables and people coming at us saying "hey, there's still some money owed me," but if that's not the case, and it sounds like it's not, well then move approval.
