Item no. 1 is a public hearing to receive comments jo regarding a plat for recording in precinct two: revised final plat of lot 40, block p, cambridge heights, commercial subdivision (short form plat - 2 commercial lots - 5.85 acres - grand avenue parkway - no fiscal required - sewage service to be provided by the windermere utility company - city of Pflugerville etj).

>> good morning, joe gieselman with the transportation natural resources department. The applicant has asked that he be able to subdivide his one lot into two separate lots. It does meet all of the requirement of the county for replatting. And I know of no objection to the replatting request.
>> would anyone like to give testimony during this public hearing?
>> move that the public hearing be closed?
>> second.
