We do however need the Travis County housing finance corporation, so I call it to order. Item number one is to consider and take appropriate action on request to approve an invoice from wells fargo corporate trust services for trustee services on the Travis County housing finance corporation single-family mortgage revenue notes 2001-1.

>> good afternoon, I知 harvey daiftion, manager for the corporation. The amount of the invoice I知 asking approval to pay is $1,800. This is for the note program. This is the same amount we have paid the trustees in the last several years for this program.

>> discussion? Move approval.

>> second.

>> any more discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. Item no. 2 is to consider and take appropriate action on request to approve payments to deloitte and touche, llp for audit of the component unit corporations.

>> and this is our audit fee for fy '05. The amount of the invoice is for $6,552. I do represent to the corporation that the audit has been satisfactorily completed. The fee is allocated among the corporations based on their ending fund balance and the amount I知 asking the board to approve for the housing finance corporation is $4,202.27.

>> move that that amount be paid.

>> second.

>> any discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.

>> number three is to consider and take appropriate action on request by Austin habitat for humanity for assistance to purchase nine lots at the Austin's colony subdivision.

>> and if you'll recall, Austin habitat has been before the board with a request several years ago to -- asking assistance for a project in devinshire, and this is a replacement request to purchase some lots in Austin colony, which is a subdivision in an uncorporated area of Travis County, in the del valle area. And I知 with michael we willard, who is the executive director and will describe the proposal in a brief summary of it.

>> thank you. My name is michael we willard, I知 the executive director for Austin habitat for humanity. What you have before you is a proposal requesting $100,000 for the purchase of nine lots in Austin's colony. These lots will be used to put single-family housing on them and provide nine families a place of their own home which they would purchase at us at no profit and no interest on the mortgage.

>> so how much did we budget for the other project?

>> we have in our budget $100,000.

>> that project fell through?

>> I don't think the project has fallen through, but they're still working on the project. It was a little large, I think.

>> so if they want to use the same $100,000 on this project?

>> that's correct.

>> questions?

>> move approval of that. And I壇 like to say something on Austin colony. One concern that we will have had, especially at the intersection on hunters bend coming out and you have to get on 969, there's a serious challenge. We've gotten with the state to deal with the traffic light situation there; however, we've also had to add another lane, left turn lane to ensure that the safety of persons coming in there are adhered to and also the widening of 969 as you approach that particular intersection. But my concern is that when those folks move in there, they have to understand that right now there's only one way in and one way out of that particular subdivision at this point, and of course we're still looking for maybe future improvements and I知 quite sure harris baker, who is over the -- that area as far as the subdivision is concerned is still much aware of that type of condition as those persons would like to maybe locate and build and construct their new homes out there. You need to be aware of what that situation is.

>> okay. Thank you very much.

>> you need to impress upon them that -- that situation I just described.

>> we'll let them know.

>> okay.

>> thank you.

>> all in favor? That motion carries unanimously. Number 4 is to consider and take appropriate action on request to approve minutes of board of directors meeting of March 21 and March 28, 2006.

>> so move.

>> second.

>> all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. Number 5, consider and take appropriate action -- would it do great harm if we postpone number five on next week?

>> that would be fine.

>> I知 air wear that we've postponed it several times. It's not going away, is it?

>> and there's nobody here that is --

>> we'll have it on next week as the first item under the housing finance corporation, mr. Davis.

>> that would be fine.

>> move adjourn.

>> all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. Now let's call to order the Travis County health facilities development corporation, the capital industrial development corporation, and the capital health facilities development corporation, one item common to all three corporations, and that is to consider and take appropriate action on payments to deloitte and and touche llp for audits on the corporations.

>> and the amount that I知 asking the board to approve, which the total of these amounts plus the housing finance corporation, will total $6,552. For the Travis County health facilities development corporation it's $2,214.97. And for the capital industrial development corporation, it's $134.76. If you'll recall, we closed the bank account on the capital health facilities development corporation and the Travis County health facilities is obligated to pay that portion.

>> I move that the firm be paid for the valuable accounting services rendered for these corporations. Discussion? All in favor? That passes unanimously.

>> move adjourn.

>> all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote too. Now let's call back to order the voting session of the Travis County Commissioners court. I see our district clerk here and I知 sure that the others are on the way. Is judge dietz here?

>> not yet, but I知 sure he's on his way.

>> remind judge dietz that unlike some courts we run this on on a tight schedule --

>> [ laughter ]

>> maybe you ought not remind him of that.

>> [ laughter ]
