Number one is a public hearing to receive comments regarding a request to authorize the filing of an instrument to vacate two 5 foot public utility easements located along the common lot line of lots 1277 and 1278 of apache shores section 2 - a subdivision in Travis County in precinct 3.

>> good morning, the owner of these lots asked for the vacation of the public utility easement. We have contacted all of the utility companies, none of them have need for the easement. We recommend to the court that the easement be vacated. We have one comment related to the dues being paid to the homeowners association by applicant. Not particularly material to the vacation. And -- and the individual may or may not be here today to comment on it.
>> okay. Would anyone like to give testimony during this public hearing?
>> item no. One.
>> move to close the public hearing.
>> second.
>> all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. And that will be action item no. -- number 13 on today's agenda. And probably part of our consent motion.
