Consent Items
Posted for consent are c 1 through c 5, c 1 through c 5. I have been asked to consider the following items for the consent motion. And if you would like for us to discuss any of these separately, please say so as we call out the number. It's a long list. On number 7 do we -- fib here receive that?
>> we can do that on consent. [indiscernible] 144 anniversary. We are trying to draw attention to the fact that that spirit of that liberty is still present. We saw it yesterday.
>> that's this Friday. Big celebration.
>> number 7, 8, 9, 10, any issues with 10?
>> no.
>> 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 --
>> I have a question on 21,.
>> 21 will not be part of the consent motion. 22, 23, 25 that we had a public hearing on, 26, anybody here on 27? The motion basically is to work with developers to convert fiscal to cash to use on designated projects. So that's a qualifier in 27. Item 28, all of 29, 29 a and b, 30, 31, 32 a, 34, 35 which is approval of exhibit a, 36 approval of exhibit a which is five pages, a lot of names on that one. Any issues on 40? A or b? B is to set the public hearing on may 16th.
>> no.
>> this -- this also is to advertise the proposed amendment, do we need to discuss that? Any of it? , 40 a and b part of the consent motion.
>> move approval.
>> would anyone like for us to discuss any of these items separately? All in favor of the motion? That passes by unanimous vote.
