The second motion is for us to financially support this program by asking the board of directors of the Travis County housing finance corporation to make available a cash contribution of $15,000, that we carve out a specific county authorized purpose for this and that we have the matter on the agenda of the Travis County housing finance corps next Tuesday for -- for further action and consideration.

>> seconded by Commissioner Davis. Any discussion? All in favor of that motion? Show Commissioner Davis and yours truly voting in favor. Voting against Commissioner Sonleitner, daughterty and Gomez. Number 31 is a matter involving county attorney's office. We did get an update, we will have it on back next week for follow-up consideration. I will have a few matters to call to the county attorney's attention now and then so they can brief us appropriately. Ed and received from the medical examiner a letter of resignation and his -- his -- dated April the 4th, 2006. Which now I guess is a part of the public record. Any need for any action today? We do need to authorize the county attorney to go ahead and execute with doctors dana and fernandez appropriate contracts for them to provide autopsy services to Travis County on an as needed basis. After those are signed to bring it back to the Commissioners court for approval.
>> and to authorize that this can be exempt from the appropriate -- citing the appropriate chapter of the county purchasing act, because we are talking about the acquisition of [indiscernible]

>> 34, we did not discuss and indicated earlier that matter would not be discussed in executive session. 35 the matter involving sarah carpenter-pineda v. Margo frasier, et al, move that we authorize the county attorney to move this matter from federal court to state court and to enter into an appropriate agreement that protects Travis County's right to raise any and all defenses as appropriate in other appropriate terms and conditions. At the appropriate time a settlement agreement be presented to the Commissioners court. Last week we talked about -- we did authorize settlement in the amount of $75,000. Plus any court set attorney ad litem fees.
