Now let's call to order the Travis County housing finance corporation, first item is to consider and take appropriate action on request to approve minute of board of directors meetings of December 6, December 20th, December 27th of 2005 and January 3rd of 2006.

>> so move.

>> all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. Number two, consider and take appropriate action on request to, one, approve a fee reimbursement agreement for briar creek section 4 in precinct 1, and two, review weather to continue to participate in the low income housing subdivision fee reimbursement policy.

>> good afternoon, I’m harvey Davis, manager for the corporation. And the first part of this item is to approve the fee reimbursement agreement for phase 4 of the briar creek subdivision. We have had similar agreements for phase 1, 2 and 3 at briar creek. The agreement is a three-party agreement. The policy is a Travis County policy. The corporation's role in this is that the corporation provides the funds for the fee reimbursement and we also review the documentation from the developers and make a determination of whether the develop -- of whether the subdivision has qualified for the fees. In this agreement in phase 4, the developer is seeking the opportunity for a plat fee reimbursement totaling $21,668.21. The corporation has a budget of $50,000 this year for this line item.

>> as far as we know he has earned the reimbursement because he has complied with the terms of the policy.

>> no. In executing this agreement, then he has until August of 2007 to provide the corporation with the documentation to approve the fee.

>> so if he applies the maximum will be the 21,000 that you mentioned?

>> yes, sir.

>> so we're setting it aside in the event he does comply.

>> that's right.

>> any reason we shouldn't apply this outstanding policy to section 4?

>> move approval.

>> any reason?

>> I would -- in my write-up I’ve recommended approval of this.

>> second.

>> are we going to have a second question, judge, about the continuation of the policy?

>> actually, I was about to suggest that we may hear your reason and postpone that part until next week, but yes. This part is really about the agreement that covers section 4. Based on the previous sections apparently worked out pretty well for us, then there's a motion and a second to approve that. The first part of this number 2.

>> right.

>> any more discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. And number 2, which next week will be b or an item unto itself. Let's hear your reasoning on that on maybe both sides and can we mull over it next week and maybe post this next week also?

>> sure, I can give my reasons next week.

>> do you really address them in pretty good detail in the backup?

>> I think I do. I tried to.

>> then mr. Davis let me read your backup between now and then and if I have questions between now and Friday, I’ll get them to you.

>> that's good.

>> unless another member of this board wants to address them right now. This board is better at reading the backup this week than I am.

>> that would be fine.

>> thank you for your hard work, diligence, etcetera. We will have b on next week.

>> move adjourn.

>> second.

>> all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. Mr. Davis, just an aside. Do we set $50,000 aside for this?

>> yes. And it was in the budget that the corporation approved last September. That's right.

>> that is good news for the board of directors. Thank you very much.

>> okay. You're welcome.
