Number 4. Consider and take appropriate action on the following planning requirements for community development block grant funding from hud: a. Citizens participation plan; no action required today on that, right? So we won't need it. B. Setting of public hearings to receive public comments on April 11, April 17, April 20, April 22, April 26, April 27 and may 2, 2006; and I move approval.

>> that would be correct. Sherri flemming Travis County health and human services and veterans service. These are the dates that we brought before you last week. We would appreciate the court's approval of these public hearings for the opportunity for citizens participation in our cdbg process.

>> just a word about the citizens participation plan. We did receive comment, it has been posted for comment. Those comments, we feel, were significant enough that we should allow your constituents another opportunity. So we will be asking for your approval on that next week.
>> all right. I was going to put a back on.
>> oh, yes.
>> next week, right?
>> yes, that's correct.
>> there's a motion to approve b. All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. C will be b next week, just in case there are other issues that we need to discuss.
>> yes. You are correct.
>> okay. Anything else today?
