Number 6, let me get my rain coat before I read this one. [laughter] consider and take appropriate action regarding the prohibition of outdoor burning in the unincorporated areas of Travis County.

>> good morning, judge.

>> under water right now.

>> good morning.

>> pete baldwin emergency services coordinator. I September an e-mail out to all of the chiefs yesterday, like we said that we would do a poll. The tag line was if I don't hear back from you, this is going to be my recommendation. That we don't reinstate it based upon our forecasted weather pattern. Actually, I had five replies back said don't reinstate it. I guess the rest of them said we don't need to say anything anyway. That's been the recommendation. Currently we have gone from danger to currently under a flash flood warning. Camp mabry received 2.6 inches of rain in an hour between the 8:00 and 9:00 hour this morning. So we have more to come. So this has been a good thing. If we get it to slow down to get some absorption it will be a lot better, but a good thing. No action that is needed on this.

>> okay.

>> so there is no -- no order prohibiting the outdoor burning.

>> no, sir.

>> and by taking no action today, we do not impose one.

>> that's right.

>> but still burn carefully.

>> always.

>> right.

>> should we leave this back on next week or take it off for a couple of weeks and see what happens?

>> with the amount of rain that we are getting, we can take it off and we will put it back on in a couple of weeks to review.

>> okay.

>> thank you very much.

>> thank you.

>> by the way, on 8, I really meant to have that -- that as part of the consent motion. I got my question answered, that was all that money really does need to go into the clothing line item. About $49,000. I did not know that last year we ran about 40,000 short, right? For kids in foster care. The item is to consider and take appropriate action on budget amendments, transfers and discussion items and my question was really whether all of that should go into the line item and answer I received from health and human services was yes we were more than 40,000 short last year. The way they are spending this fiscal year looks like they will need it before the year is over.

>> that's correct. One item is -- has got an $82,000 adopted budget that is 7,400 left in the line item. Last year the adopted budget was the same amount of 82,000, the department reallocated to increase the line item to about 122,000. Of which it was almost entire expended. We had no problems with the funds being moved into the clothing line item. Looks like they will be utilizing it. If they don't need this amount of for clothing, they will put it into medical services. Move approval. Discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
