Number one is a public hearing to receive comments regarding a plat for recording in precinct 3, bee cave resubdivision of lot 1, saint michael's episcopal church subdivision, fm 2244, bee cave road, no fiscal required. Sewage service to be required by city of Austin, city of Austin e.t.j. All in favor? That passes unanimously with Commissioner Gomez temporarily away. We do expect her to arrive momentarily.
>> good morning. Joe gieselman with the transportation and natural resources department. The applicant is asking that they be able to resubdivide a one lot subdivision into three commercial lots. And this is on Bee Caves road, ranch to market road 2244. It otherwise meets the county's requirements for subdivision, resubdivision, and I know of no objection to the proposed replatting.
>> would anyone like to give testimony during this public hearing?
>> move the public hearing be closed.
>> second.
>> all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. This would be action item number 26 on today's agenda.
