28. Accept and open bids and take appropriate action on an order authorizing, the issuance of $44,010,000 Travis County, Texas, permanent improvement bonds, series 2006 (limited tax), and matters pertaining thereto. Move that we accept the bids.

And judge on this one you received the 10 bids that I referred to earlier and the winning bid was from prater sealy and company from new york, once again. They bawght the two -- these and the road bonds and their bid here was 4.313391.
>> that's the best one, that's the one that we ought to accept.
>> yes. And glen has an order conforming all of that.
>> move that we approve the proposed order authorizing the issuance of these bonds.

>> okay. And judge on those last two, just to complete what I said earlier, on the co's, we awarded for 4.16, last year it was somewhere around 385 and on the permanent improvement bonds last year was at 4.02, this is 4.31, that's where the market has moved in the year.
