27. Accept and open bids and take appropriate action on an order authorizing, the issuance of $23,925,000 Travis County, Texas, certificates of obligation, series 2006 (limited tax), and matters pertaining thereto. Move that we accept the bids and open them.

>> in that case I recommend that we approve the order authorizing the issuance of these bonds. Second? Discussion? Anything?
