7. Consider and take appropriate action on changes to the rate schedule for cleaning services associated with events at the exposition center.

We are recommending to change the language of the rate schedule of the custodial fees, we have right now we rents the arena for $3,000 a day, then the current custodial contract rate we pay our outsource $475. Well the rate schedule right now is that we have to charge our customer [indiscernible], so really we have a 175 negative we lost of our revenue. What I’m proposing today is approval of change in the custodial rate, the way we charge our client was still the same, the arena is $3,000 per day rent. For 175 collars for the custodial -- dollars for the custodial fees. Right here I’m asking that we charge the actual custodial fee plus 10% overhead and profit, we are taking care of the contract, so this is -- would be like $446, so really we have again a revenue for $71 rather than losing 175 out of the current rate.
>> no. Roger you just said 10%, you said 446 all of this. What you really meant is 15%.

>> you are right. The 71.25 will be the net difference.
>> 15% overhead profit. This has -- recommend the approval of this site because this way we will make sure that we get a little bit more revenue better than losing some revenue.
