Number 1 is a public hearing to receive comments regarding a plat for recording in precinct two: amended plat of lots 12 and 13, block b, star ranch section 2 (short form plat - 2 lots - 0.332 acres - bethpage drive - no fiscal required - sewage service to be provided by Williamson county water sewer irrigation and drainage district no. 3 - city of hutto e.t.j.

>> good morning, joe gieselman with the transportation natural resources depend. The owners of lots 12 and 13 want to move the common lot line five feet over. It affects no other property owners in the subdivision, we are recommending that the court approve the amended plat. I know of no objection to the amendment.
>> would anyone like to give testimony during this public hearing?
>> move to close the public hearing.
>> second.
>> all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. That will be action item no. 19. Which probably will be part of the consent motion.
