we have returned from executive session where we discussed the following items: number 22 regarding the j and j inc. Versus crornejo andmer certify matter. That matter has been settled along the lines that we discussed last week. And we'll have it on the agenda next week in the event that we need it. And if we do not need it, the county attorney will let us know. We did discuss also the item involving the medical examiner's office number 17-a specifically. We discussed specific performance measures and draft goals. Move that we give staff direction to chat with the two pathologists on board, report back to the court and have this back on the agenda probably two weeks from today.
