Consent Items

View captioned video.

Posted for consent are c 1 through c 4, we have a long list of items to recommend adding to the consent motion. If you would like for us to discuss any of these separately please say so as I call out the number. Number 6, 7, 8 a and b, c, d, e and f, all of 8, my question on 9 is whether the transfer of the large amount of money specifically $2.8 million will affect the earnings of that, my point is that if we don't -- we won't use that money for a --for a few months, we won't transfer it today or wait until the eve. I know the p.b.o. Thought about that. I would like to --

>> you want to keep that out.

>> nine on hold. And to the question about the $2.8 million -- until the question is answered. Number 10, 11, 14 -- any issues on 14? We discussed that in part. 17, 18, 19, 21, 22, 23, 24, these are all purchasing items, 25, all of 26, so 26 a and b, 27, 28, 29, my one issue on 30 is whether that's legal. I’m looking at the amount of the modification. I realize that it's professional services but it's almost -- this almost doubles the contract, 30 the question is legality. I’m looking for a yes or a no. 31, and my note to myself is not contract. No contract.

>> on 31.

>> yeah, otherwise I don't see any problem with it. Give me the whole legality response to that one, also.

>> on 31.

>> on 31. These are a little bit unusual, 31 is an emergency because we need to get it done real fast, right.

>> yeah, it is judge. [multiple voices]

>> maybe that's my point. Does this adjust the exemption order. Consent. Any objection?

>> nope.

>> 32, I have to make better notes for myself, I believe. 32, 33 a and b, 34,.

>> did you say 32.

>> yes, sir.

>> okay.

>> any issues on that one?

>> no, no,.

>> okay. 32, all of 33, 34, now 35 glen oppel will come over if we need him. It's fairly straightforward. This is basically -- that's not the one. This is the management letter. Anyone have anything. Pretty straightforward we do these every year. 36 is the one that he will come over if we need him. Do we need him? 36 on consent. If my office will let mr. Oppel's office know that we have approved 36.

>> was 36 the one, judge, that was the election contracts. Was that the one? I thought glen was the --

>> 36.

>> yeah [multiple voices]

>> all the contracts. 80 of them. Attached to the agenda.

>> a 1?

>> a 1, a 2.

>> that's the one.

>> a 3.

>> move approval of the consent items --

>> a 4?

>> I don't have any backup for a 4.

>> we just got it.

>> it just came in.

>> let's leave a 4 off. I will look at it between now and noon.

>> move approval.

>> second.

>> would anyone like for us to pull any of these items for separate discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
