Three is consider and take appropriate action regarding the asian gypsy moth in Travis County. And after this one, we will -- we will give mr. Fernandez an opportunity to make announcement he hoped to make under citizens communication. Yes, sir? Mr. Nash, right?

>> yes, sir. My name is george nash with usda, I wanted to give the Commissioners court an update on where we are with the asian gypsy moth program in southwestern Travis County. We sent out a total of 224 notifications either through door to door process or direct mailing. We received -- let me add this up again. Six. 131 back, three of those were returned for insufficient address. The people moved or relocated. Four rereceived back where they signed the document, but had not checked off whether they would approve treatment on their property or not. Two is all we received back that said do not treat. 122 have said that they would allow us to conduct the treatment. We have received over half back. The vast majority of the people in the area are in support of the program. I expect to have a decision, as we have discussed previously. We did not get a unanimous decision or compliance. I expect to receive a decision from washington d.c. About the actions that usda will take to control the pests no later than Friday of this week.

>> so our residents who contact us with questions should still be referred to your office?

>> yes, sir. My office or to the Texas department of agriculture.

>> okay.

>> we appreciate the update. Any questions? John, any additional comments?

>> no, judge Biscoe. I did, Commissioner Daugherty review the information that you had asked me to, I believe that -- that george's office has as well. I think it's a very small minority out there that seems to be having a problem with it. And like he said it's -- it's going pretty well, I think -- I think -- I think it's going to be ultimately successful, that one small, one mile area where they need to spray.

>> this just re-- for your information, we had the meeting on the 18th of February, as you all recall it was just about sleeting, I think the high for the day was in the mid 30s, we had over 75 people show up. We had 3 people at that meeting that were opposed to the treatment. All three live outside of the control block. 306 the people at that -- 30 of the medical were from outside the control block and wanted us to treat their property. They wanted to sign up, they wanted the one square mile area expanded. Our basic consensus by looking at the votes we have already received, 122 yeses, two nos, so the preupon drans of landowners that have applied in the area are for control and eradication.

>> thank you very much.

>> thank you very much.
