Consent Items

View captioned video.

Posted for consent are c 1 through c 4. And I show those to be ready. We've been asked to consider adding the following items to the consent motion, if you would like for us to discuss any of these separately, please say so as we call out the number. All of number 6, so 6-a through 6-d. Actually, number 7. Now, that's the satellite office at the airport is what that 10,000-dollar transfer mean. So two things, approval of the satellite office out there and approval of the expenditure of $10,000. Number nine, 10, 13 a and b. We pulled 14. Number 17. This is a long list of purchasing items. 18, 19. Any issues on 20? 20. 21, 22, 23, 24, 25.

>> I need to pull that one, judge. 25 will not be part of the consent motion.

>> 26, 27. My question about 28 and 29 is this, if you look at the per unit cost, in 28 we paid $27,771. In 28 we paid 21,456. A 6,000-dollar per unit difference. And other than one involving a ford and the other one involving a chevrolet, I would just like to understand why on that. And the subquestion is there in the chevrolet when you get used to it is as good as the ford, but that's from a ford driver, joe. Number 30, 31, 32, 33 a and b, 34, 35.

>> judge, I don't think we need to talk about 34 and 35. I would just like to make note of there have been six lots per acre on 34 as well as the lots on three lots on 35 per acre. So I know that density is something that we all talk about, so I’d like for us to be mindful of that as we continue discussing all these things, but I’m fine with the consent.

>> 34 and 35 with that observation. 36.

>> do we need to do 36? Generally the county attorney's office lets us know if it's a simple posting of this gets us our letter of credit renewed. That's really the point here. Yeah, I know that, but a lot of times they respond favorably and we don't need this.

>> there is a deadline.

>> no, we can just pull this one for discussion, judge, and find out what the deal is.

>> 36 will not be part of the consent motion. 38, 39, 40, 4243, 44.

>> and judge, on 44 if we could just read the three names into the record. It's rose alexander, tommy nobles, and you just got the backup for christopher lane. The last resume came in over the holiday.

>> 44 with those three individuals specifically named.

>> can you name those again?

>> rose alexander. , tommynobles and christopher l. And you got mr. Lane's resume this morning on the dais.

>> the others were in the backup? Any issues with a-1? Do we need roger to come over. There's a small strip of land we have never used and I understand they are paying us for that. We have not used it and have no use.

>> that's fine.

>> a-1? It will be added to the consent motion.

>> second.

>> motion by Commissioner Gomez, seconded by Commissioner Sonleitner. Would anyone like for us to pull any of these items for separate discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
