On the resolution should we -- more time today?

>> I didn't have an issue with it, I just didn't have it. On number 11, consider and take appropriate action regarding approval of a reimbursement resolution to purchase real estate in central Austin located at 5515 airport boulevard -- 5555 airport boulevard. That's one that we have been discussing and plan to -- to purchase. This is simply the resolution to enable us to get it done. What we would do is borrow the money from the general fund. When the co's are issued, reimburse the general fund.
