Item no. 2 is a public hearing to receive comments regarding a plat for recording in precinct three: revised plat of lots 74 and 81 crosswind subdivision (short form plat - 2 lots - 3.293 acres - tradewind drive - sewage service to be provided by lcra - no municipal jurisdiction).

>> all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. Good morning, joe gieselman with transportation natural resources department. The owner of these lots would like to move the lot line, basically creating sing -- two lots, single family lots. Really moving a common lot line between the two existing lots. I know of no objection to the proposed act.
