View captioned video.

Posted for consent are -- c 1 through c 7, c 4, c 5, c 6, those are -- those appointments should read 2007. Instead of 208. C 4, 5, 6, those terms end in December of 2007 instead of 2008. I think that we can make that change, go ahead and approve those items. We have been asked to consider adding the following items to the consent motion, if you would like for us to discuss any of these separately please say so as we call out the number, number 4 --

>> judge, on number 4, I just noticed on the easement document that they have included an indemnity clause, the very last sentence.

>> number 4 apparently will not be part of our --

>> can you approve it with that clause stricken. The county cannot legally indemnify.

>> what's the number? Paragraph number or section number.

>> very last sentence of the easement document.

>> very last sentence of the easement document is not approved. Pulled out. And the new document will be sent to the southwestern bell telephone company, they will approve that new document or change that and we will put this back on the agenda. But we are approving the request with the -- with the revision described by our legal counsel there. And it will be part of the consent motion. Number 5, any objection to number 4? Number 5, number 6, this says the agenda request and memo from staff say 4 lots when in fact it should read 5 lots.

>> five.

>> number 6, we can make that change now. Number 7 --

>> I have a very quick question.

>> will not be part of the consent motion, number 8, 9, 11, 12, 15, to prepare fee scale changes to the fee schedule and expenses that we reimburse, so 15 a and b. 16 a and b, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 22 in its entirety, a through l, 23-rbgs 24, any issues on 25? We had a public hearing and discussed that many, many times. 25 is the Travis County indiana defendant burial services program policy. Effective March 1st. Okay. With that change effective March 1st, the staff I think came out to discuss that for the 9th or 10th time, number 26. 27. By the way this will be funded from the criminal court's budget. Any issues on 27?

>> no.

>> from the criminal court's budget source of funding. 28, and -- 29.

>> move approval.

>> would anyone like for us to discuss any of these items separately? All in favor of the motion? Tha passes by unanimous vote.
