Number 7, consider and take appropriate action on request to grant exemption from platting requirements for and/or take other appropriate action on a condominium project in precinct three, longhorn canyon, approximately 29 units, 7.06 acres, located at 2601 quinlan park road, water and sewage to be provided by wcid number 17, Austin two-mile e.t.j.

>> judge, my question on this one, because it's recommended -- I’m going to vote on it, but I was perplexed by something in the backup memo -- I’ll let the door close there. That said that this is a seven acre tract. There are going to be 29 units, so multiply how many people will be on the condominium, yet the parkland dedication fee for this development was $121. And that just verklamped in terms of 29 more families coming in and it's a 120-dollar parkland dedication fee. I don't have any issues with this today, but clearly there's something wrong with our parkland dedication fee that says that 29 more on a seven acre tract is less than $10 each for needing to put in more after proportionate share on parkland things. It seems like it's tied more to maybe acreage and not necessarily people. Help me out, don.

>> that's correct, Commissioner. Don griggsby. I’ve had help with this, and I was surprised with the fee myself. And so we double-checked it, triple checked it and it is in fact tied to the acreage and the value of the acreage. And it appears that it may need to be fine tuned.

>> I’m not going to hold this up. I just want to make that -- that as we work through on our interim rules and redoing our subdivision rules, that this is the kind of thing that we need to get cleaned up. This person is indicate operating under our current rules, they meet the current rules and I will support and second your motion.

>> move approval.

>> second.

>> discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. With Commissioner Davis temporarily off the dais.
