Executive Session Items
John did have good news awhile ago, and that is that the rest of the executive session items except one may be postponed until next week and I suggest we take him up on that. And we have interviews that we need to conduct and we have a little more than an hour and a half to do so. That is number 46, conduct interviews with candidates for chief administrative officer for the Travis County medical examiner's office. That's number 46. And the backup indicated to us who the individuals were. And this will be executive session interviews, and based on the time that we have, in fairness, my view is that we ought to try to conduct these 30 minutes apiece. That's an hour and a half. And if we are evaluating while we interview, maybe even today we'd be able to come out and take some actions. Okay? So that is the item that we will take and it is on the personnel exception to the open meetings act. It will be the only item that we discuss between now and the adjournment today.
>> judge, are we going to postpone item number 9, which is kind of a companion item on the m.e.'s office?
>> yeah. I talked with alicia and I thought we may figure out how to get that done, but unfortunately we did not.
>> not a problem. I just want to mark it off.
