Next is a resolution. To consider and take appropriate action on request from the request from the Austin central labor council to encourage the capital metro board to resolve labor contract dispute. Luckily I understand that an agreement was reached last last -- night before.

>> Sunday night. All of the credit goes to the parties to that contract, judge. So after you read the resolution, I guess that I need to say that thanks to mayor wynn for also working on bringing the two parties together. Since he doesn't serve on the capital metro board, since he's not a member of the Commissioners court, he can get involved in that matter. I guess I have never felt so impotent as this particular time when -- when I’m prohibited by state law from getting involved in any way, even discussing and -- but I think we have other similar situations here at the county where we have responsibility but no authority. And that's very, very frustrating. But anyway, all credit goes to the two parties to the contract.

>> judge, I’m just going to add that -- that I would still hope that we would move ahead and vote on this resolution because while we think we're there, I again would also like to -- to offer my sincere thanks and congratulations to mayor wynn for stepping in as the mayor of -- of this city, to make sure that a -- that a [indiscernible] occur, as we put in our resolution, hurt some of the very people who absolutely must depend on capital metro to get to and from work, to get to and from school. To get to and from doctor's appointments at our county clinics. The people that need to use it and then of course the people who want to use it. It is going to have a severe impact on our clean air because capital metro is one of our clean air partners, sing gel occupancies vehicles and into mass transit. While I’m hopeful it sticks, I would still like to see us move ahead on this resolution to simply leave the message out there, if for any reason this does not move forward to a successful conclusion. But I don't have any reason to believe it won't, but --

>> [inaudible - no mic]

>> again, village to recuse myself given the county attorney's advice.

>> move approval.

>> second.

>> any more discussion? I’m sure that all of the parties are now saying it's a victory for the people. All in favor? Show Commissioners Davis, Sonleitner, Daugherty in favor. Abstaining Commissioner Gomez for the reasons she stated a moment ago.

>> thank you, judge.
