View captioned video.

Let's pick up the consent items. Posted for consent are c 1 through c 7, I show those to be ready. We have been asked to consider adding the following items to the consent motion. If you would like for us to discuss any of these separately, please say so as we call out the number of the item. These are being recommended for approval. Number 6, a and b. Number 7, number 8 with the water line easement condition that we discussed, number 10, 12 with the amount being $383,608 to the city of Pflugerville. Number 13,.

>> any issues with 14.

>> it's rolled over, we have to do it every year. With the parks department. No issues from joe.

>> 14 a and b.

>> thank you. 15, 16, 18, 19 a and b, 21, 22 a and b, 23, 24, 25, you want to abstain from that? Previously approved but this is just the contract. Do you want to abstain or is it okay?

>> I don't, I mean, since the supreme court elected to hear this thing, I think it's only fair to follow this thing through, so I don't have a problem with it.

>> okay. 25, 26 with the amount being from 100 to $150. Someone in the backup made reference to $200, on call 24 hours, plus the contract modification, 100 to 150, consent.

>> consent.

>> 27, 29, 30, and 31.

>> move approval.

>> second.

>> would anyone of us -- would anyone of you like for us to discuss any of these items separately?

>> judge, I would like to have one question. Could we take 21 off.

>> 21 will not be part of the consent motion. We will call it up separately. Sand we do have somebody here from purchasing. All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
