Number 2 is a public hearing to receive comments regarding proposed fees for Travis County milton reimers ranch road.

>> park.

>> ranch park. Joe?

>> as you know, we do have park fees and many of our county clerks, when we purchased the milton rhyme percent ranch, it was being operated as a park before the county acquired it. I believe they were charging $5 per person for entry into the park. We are asking the county to apply the park fees $8 per vehicle, instead of what the reimers were charging was $5 per person. That would make it uniform throughout the entire system, also enables the users to take advantage of the annual permit, be able to use the permit they buy for reimers to also get into hamilton pool if they would like to do that, basically a -- anywhere in the system for 8 bucks, our recommendation is to standardize the fees across the system.

>> instead of $5 a person, it's $8 per car.

>> if someone arrives alone, it's a disadvantage, but if he has five people with him, it still costs 8 bucks.

>> full name.

>> I’m kirk holiday, here representing the central Texas mountaineers and the reimers ranch climbers committee. We would like to concur with the suggestion to keep the fees standardized throughout the county. Thank you.

>> you all know to go out there with multiple persons in a car, right if.

>> yes, sir.

>> that's the advantage.

>> would anyone else like to give testimony during this public hearing?

>> we would move it be opened.

>> move that the hearing be opened and take into account mr. Holiday's comments.

>> all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. Your comments are already in the record. Okay.

>> if there's no one else, I will move that it be closed.

>> second.

>> thank you. All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote, too, that will be action item no. 10 on today's agenda.
