Number one is a public hearing to receive comments regarding request to authorize the filing of an instrument to vacate a portion of a 40' drainage easement on the south side of lot 160 located in westminster glen estates phase 1, a subdivision in precinct three.

>> good morning, joe gieselman with transportation natural resources department. The property owner is asking for vacation of a portion of this easement to accommodate a sports court, which they -- which they built within the easement, about 260 square feet of concrete surface. It will not inhibit the flow of water within the drainage easement and we had that certified by their engineer. On that basis we would recommend approval by the Commissioners court.

>> not to my knowledge.
>> would anyone like to give testimony during this public hearing? If so, please come forward. Hold on. Yes, sir, please come forward. If you give us your full name, we would be happy to get your comments.

>> all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. That will be action item no. Number 9 on today's agenda.
