Posted are c 1 through c 3, c 1 through c 3, and we have been asked to consider adding the following items to the consent motion, if you would like for us to discuss any of these separately, please say so as we call out the number of the item. Number 3, 4, number 8, 9, 11 a and b, any issues on 12?

>> very quick, judge. So --

>> 12 will not be part of the consent motion. 13, and 15,.

>> judge, I would like to abstain.

>> okay, 15 will not be part of the consent motion, we will call it up separately.

>> thank you, judge.

>> okay. Motion to approve by Commissioner Gomez, seconded by Commissioner Sonleitner, any discussion of the item. Would anyone like for us to pull any of these items for separate discussion. All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote with Commissioner Daugherty expected to arrive temporarily. He did -- I mean momentarily. He indicated that he would be just a moment or two late.
