12 to consider and take appropriate action on budget amendments, transfers and discussion items.
>> judge, really this is just something that I want to make sure people are aware of. The budget amendment that I want to make sure people are aware of is that we are having to transfer out of our allocated reserve, this is the money that we put aside for unexpected stuff. $175,241 for the district 48 election because of the resignation did not fall in line with our regular election cycle, we are going to have to spend $175,000 of taxpayers' dollars to [indiscernible] an election for a matter of months. If there is a runoff, the memo goes to say we are going to need another $160,000 to take care of this election. So this special election followed by the state to handle a special session is going to cost taxpayers an unbudgeted $335,000, if there is a runoff, I think that is something to be aware of. This is the kind of stuff that we have to take care of. We have to do it, though, because it is the county's responsible. I would move approval of the budget amendments and transfers.

>> the only correction that we had that we submitted to your office yesterday was on a 25. Instead of 118708 it should have read 116708.
