Now let's call to order the Travis County health facilities development corporation and the capital health facilities development corporation. One is to discuss and elect officers of the corporations.

>> move the Biscoe administration, which means no change in our officer status.

>> discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. Two is to consider and take appropriate action on request to discontinue the business activities of the capital health facilities development corporation and transfer the funds and obligations to Travis County health facilities development corporation.

>> and the reason for this request is that the capital area corporation has -- does not have any bonds outstanding, so the remaining bonds were repaid last year. And this corporation has not received applications for a number of years, and so what I’m suggesting is that we close the bank account that has about $4,500, transfer the funds to the Travis County health facility development corporation and then that corporation would assume the remaining obligation, which is a small audit fee, and this would relieve having to maintain a corporation that basically has no business activities. I have reviewed this suggestion with our attorney and he is -- he has advised me that it is appropriate for this transfer to be approved.

>> makes sense to me, so I move approval.

>> second.

>> discussion? All in favor that passes by unanimous vote.

>> move we adjourn both of those corporations.

>> all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
