Consent Items

Posted for consent are c 1 through c 5, I show those to be ready. C 1 through c 5, we have been asked to consider adding the following items to the consent motion. If you would like for us to discuss any of these separately, please say so as we call out the number of the item. Number 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 a and 15 b, and that was an issue on 16 last week --

>> they have still, hopefully we will have it done for next year.

>> that had to do with risk management with a letter sent several months ago, related to a claim related to this office. That's --

>> can we get risk management to draft that letter between now and 10:15.

>> it's been drafted, but it did not get drafted until Friday, clearly we did not get a chance for the appropriate department to respond.

>> let me ask -- is this a letter about, concerning the incident that happened with the patrol car --

>> on the hill.

>> that was off duty on the hill.

>> on the hill, yes.

>> does that have -- I was confused, does that have anything to do with 16.

>> yes, in the sense that we -- judge, do you want to just call this one out -- it won't be a consent item no matter what.

>> apparently, looks like it. Risk management we need somebody here, be a good idea to get here at 10:00. Because I can't recall what we did last time. This is a routine purchasing matter here, though. But 10:00 we will lay it out, figure out which it is. Number 17. 18, and 19 is simply a renewal of a contract we've had in place five or six years. 20, I really just want a reminder today. My office will get that list to us today if we could be on it next week. There's a pretty long list. And --

>> is there someone coming --

>> just a note, on a 1, tom, young pointing to the -- to the hospital district board has the friend who is a prefect in this country where he served in the peace corps. He thought it would be nice when he goes back to take a resolution, so I drafted one, we are revising that, though, we have got a couple of changes about the -- how the country is called the [indiscernible] fluctuation of the country, we want it to be as perfect as possible. I was going to bring that down this afternoon, this morning when it was ready.

>> judge. On 20, if we have a list for us today, is there anything inappropriate -- appropriate for us to look at maybe giving staff some directions on bringing back some type of structure, t.n.r. Structure for the Travis County s.h. 130 growth corridor committee? I think that we need to really be moving forward with it.

>> all right. Let me pull that up then. Because on this item, -- we will call that item and discuss that.

>> okay. Thank you.

>> [multiple voices]

>> we want to ratify and extend?

>> a 2 I know we need to pull up for a very brief discussion so -- because the public is interested in what we are doing.

>> second.

>> would anyone like for us to pull any of these items for separate discussion? A 2 is not added and the others I think are discussion.

>> move approval.

>> all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
