Consent Items

View captioned video.

Posted for consent is c 1 through c 4, c 1 through c 4, I show those to be ready. We have been asked to consider adding the following items to the consent motion. If you would like for us to discuss any of these separately, please say so as we call out the number of the item. Number 5, 6, 7, we had a little issue with source of funding on number 8. Do we need to discuss that further? Let's just skip it for the time being.

>> carol it's the Pflugerville.

>> number 12, on 10 and 11, I don't have any problem with those, I just think we need to lay them out. Number 12, 13, 14 a and b, the one we had the public hearing on a few moments ago. Number 15, a long list of purchasing items, 16, all of 17, 17 a and b, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, and 25 and 26 those involve changes for the city of Austin, not Travis County. We simply have to sign the agreement because it's a three-party -- both are three party contracts. 25 and 26. And ms. Flemming is checking on 27. 28.

>> about that one week postponement so I can -- I have questions to the risk management [indiscernible]

>> okay.

>> 28 we will not only not take up as part of the consent motion, but have that back on next week. Around that's the matter involving the purchase purchase of the state contract from dallas dodge. The eve of the rose bowl. 29, 30, all of 30, 30 a and b, 31, 32 --

>> I want to show opposition to that.

>> okay. We will call 32 up separately. 31 is the one involving tds, that's consent, right? 33, 34, 35, I really think we ought to discuss 36 a little bit. Kind of surprised me how early voting is on the special election. A little public education more than anything else on 36. So -- do we need to show a discussion of 37? I saw a couple of e-mails back and forth. I don't have any issues with it, does anybody? Let's put 37 on the consent motion, also.

>> move approval of the consent.

>> would anyone like for us to pull any of these no separate discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
