We did get from ms. Flemming an indication that on number 27 the -- the percent of increase is 13 to 14%. And that the increase would enable us to meet the prevailing community -- the prevailing community rate. And the -- the specific new amounts are set out in the backup, so I move approval. And I was just wondering basically how much the increase was. Discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
