10. Consider and take appropriate action on license agreement with wells branch municipal utility district Travis County, in precinct 2. If you would just lay out what this is so those who may be affected by it will know exactly what we are doing and now.
>> hi, [indiscernible] Travis County t.n.r. Really what we are doing here is we are combining two existing license agreements that the wells branch m.u.d. Or wells branch municipal utility district, the m.u.d. Has with us. One has to do with -- with the pedestrian tunnel and one is just the -- the bratton lane license agreement. We are adding in provisions that they can maintain the fence improvements. We are wrapping that into one new license agreement. The fence improvements haven't been included in any previous license agreements and so now this new license agreement will cover the two existing license agreements. Now these new -- the new fence improvements.
>> the municipal utility district went to the great expense of replacing all of the wooden fences that are really the public appearance with some really great masonry walls, but they need to be able to have the ability to get in there and maintain there, this is a combination of bratton lane, wells branch and the fences.
>> there's no sight distance issues with any of it. It was done, permitted properly. Everything went through the process in the appropriate way, this is the final step is to -- is to have the license agreement and while they are in there, they are combining it into one license agreement and I like that. It's easier to keep up with.
>> okay. So the pedestrian tunnel won would be owned by?
>> maintained by the m.u.d.
>> that agreement is an existing agreement.
>> okay. This is with that, you contact the m.u.d., not Travis County, we will sent you to the m.u.d. Anyway.
>> yes, sir.
>> judge.
>> motion made Commissioner Sonleitner, seconded by Commissioner Gomez. Discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
