Number 1 public hearing to receive comments regarding the following items: a. Vacation of a public utility easement between lots 153 and 154 in south cherry hollow estates, as recorded in book 83, page 95b - 96d of Travis County records; and b. Revised plat of lots 153 and 154 in south cherry scwoo hollow estates - (short form plat - 1 lot - 1.048 acres - creekside drive - sewage service to be provided by on-site septic - no municipal etj) in precinct 3. Move to open the public hearing all in favor that passes by unanimous vote.

The owners of lots 153 and 154 simply wish to combine the lots, in doing so they request a vacation of the public utility easements in the middle of the lot and combine it into one to make a larger lot of 1 money 048 acres to build one house. We have no issues, no complaints with this.
>> would anyone like to give testimony during this public hearing?
>> move to close the public hearing.
>> second. All in favor? That passes unanimously. This will be action item no. 14 today.
