Now, number 30, approve contract award for professional title services, rfq number q 050122-lp to the following three qualified respondents, a, land america commonwealth title. B, Texas american title company. And c, stewart title Austin, inc. That was a question.
>> how often do we add people to this? And then what is the procedure -- I got something from legal about how to go about a company that wanted to work with us on title information, and I think the legal piece that I got was 15 or 20 years old. Is there -- maybe don hilly just gave me an old contract. Is there a new contract that clearly lays out and states how you apply to be a service provider for title services.
>> these contracts -- my name is frank holder, assistant purchasing agent. These contracts are typically good for one year and that's usually an extension in these contracts. We award contracts to whoever qualifies. Everybody will get a contract, whoever responds to the request for services will get a contract for services as long as they meet the minimum qualifications. Now then, if six months from now if somebody were to come in here and express an interest in having or being a part in this, I see no reason why we couldn't issue an rfs at that time. As long as they qualify, we would add them to the pool.
>> and poolt is just a rotating -- that's what you do. To date how many title companies do we have on our list?
>> this would make three, but I think prior to this I think we had four, Commissioner. I’m not sure, but I think it was four.
>> so I really need to work with y'all versus legal on coming up with the contract and what you have to do to comply.
>> I’d be happy to work with you, sure.
>> thank you. I move approval.
>> second.
>> discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. Thank you very much.
