Number 5 is a special item, consider and take appropriate action regarding the prohibition of outdoor jo burning in the unincorporated areas of Travis County.

>> good morning, pete baldwin, Travis County emergency management coordinator. There's no accidents required on this. -- no action required on this. We are recommending the burn ban stay in place due to the lack of rain problem. We missed the rain and sleet and everything else. So on the further note, per our previous conversation regarding whether to disregard and get back out your short sleeved shirt for the rest of the week.

>> so by taking no action, the prohibition against outdoor burning stays in place.
>> stays in place, yes, sir.
>> for those wondering, we did pass the prohibition against two types of fireworks.
>> we prohibited the sale and use of -- of restricted aerial fireworks, which are stick rockets and missiles with fins.
>> all other fireworks are still available and legal. But we certainly usual and ask everyone to use all caution.
>> okay.
