Number 4. Is a public hearing to receive comments regarding a request to temporarily close nightview drive at millhouse drive in precinct one to install a culvert beginning January 3, 2006 and continuing through January 10, 2006, or until construction is completed.

>> this is a job being done by the county road and bridge crews, they are replacing a culvert. And as you can see, it's for up to about a week, I think -- if they can get done sooner they will. There is an alternate route into the subdivision using topaz and several other streets to get back. There will be a reroute that's not terribly inconvenient to the residents.
>> and we have posted our usual signs.

>> hopefully this time they are being read. [laughter]

>> that serves the area. We don't want to hear from them again as far as us not notifying them. We have done that also, is that correct?
