Number 3 is a public hearing to receive comments regarding a plat for recording in precinct 4. Resubdivision of lot 20 east travis hills subdivision subdivision (short form plat - 4 lots - 5.06 acres- wolf lane - no fiscal required - sewage service to be provided by travis and bastrop counties - city of Austin e.t.j.

>> again, this is a subdivision that's being taken from -- from one lot to four lots. Flee residential, one a commercial lot. Three residential, one commercial lot. It does meet our subdivision regulations. The one peculiar part about this is that three of the lots are in bastrop county, only one lot is in Travis County, so it's -- the subdivision, the lot strat tells the county line he -- tradzels the -- straddles the county line. You would be approving the creation of a lot 4 within Travis County.
>> and so I guess the septic system for lot 4 being in Travis County.
>> that's correct.
>> the other three would be in bastrop county.
