Number 2 is a public hearing to receive comments regarding a request to authorize the filing of an instrument to vacate a portion of a 5' public utility easement on the north side of lot 58 and all of a 5' public utility easement on the back side of lot 58 located in highland club village section two, a subidivsion in precinct 3.

>> these are both public utility easements. And the property owners asked that they be vacated so that he could accommodate his septic field. The onsite sewage system. Which is currently a -- I guess what's needed. We have contacted all of the utility companies, they have expressed no need to have the utility easement. We therefore recommend its vacation.
