Consent Items
C 1 through c 4 are posted for consent. They are ready, we have been asked to consider adding the following items, if you would like for us to discuss any of these separately, please say so as we call out the number. All of number 3, that's --
>> I want to -- I would like to have 3, b, c and d -- I am pleased with a, but I have got some questions on b, c -- and d.
>> 3 a will be part of the consent, but not 3 b, c or d.
>> that's correct.
>> okay. Number 7, 9, 10, I actually had 12 as part of the consent, but this note says tinly will let us know, let's not put 12 on consent until we hear from attorney tinley, number 13, 14, 14, 15, 16, by the way we do not need 17 and 18, one was approved in a late November, the other placed on by mistake, 17 and 18 will not need today, pull both of those and number 2. 20, 21, I did indicate to seton representatives that we would -- not seton, st. Edward's, 22, at 11:00 this morning. And number 23 on the cob sent motion.

>> would anyone like for us to pull any of these items for separate discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
